A medium-sized, 4-year, public university and liberal arts college, it is located in a large town in a rural setting and is primarily a commuter campus. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees. Rolling notifications begin Oct. 1, and regular applications are due July 1. Tuition and fees: $6,184 in-state, $17,776 out-of-state.
